Welcome to Leadfusion 2.4!

Leadfusion is pleased to announce Leadfusion Release 2.4, which includes a number of new features available to customers using Leadfusion EMAIL, Leadfusion EMAIL FULFILLMENT and Leadfusion CALCULATORS.

Leadfusion EMAIL Enhancements:

Leadfusion has improved the way Leadfusion EMAIL initiates and manages email communications through a variety of new features.

  • Service Tracks provide Leadfusion EMAIL customers a new way to communicate with consumers. Service Tracks allow you to send scripted, service-related emails to consumers, which are ideal for educating them as part of new account onboarding, service activation and cross-selling programs. Unlike Triggered Tracks, Service Tracks are not subject to prioritization policies, which means that their delivery will not be affected by tracks currently in progress.

  • Direct Triggering ensures that consumers are placed on a specific email track, bypassing all segmentation rules. Direct Triggering is useful when you wish to place multiple consumers, who have taken a particular action, onto the same track. These tracks provide consumers with relevant product information to sustain their in-market needs.

  • With Release 2.4, consumers have the ability to unsubscribe from a particular email track. This can be done by simply inserting a special unsubscribe link in an email template, giving recipients the option to stop receiving emails from a particular email track, rather than opting out from the entire email relationship. This enhancement enables the consumer to decide what information is relevant and worth receiving.

  • Leadfusion EMAIL has enhanced email address export capabilities. This new feature offers the ability to export email lists of consumers currently on a specific track. These lists can then be used to update consumer profiles, create direct mailing lists, manage scheduled track lists, etc. In addition, Leadfusion offers the ability to export lists of consumer email addresses that have demonstrated certain responses within a track. These responses include, opening emails, writing an email reply, clicking on a link or taking a predetermined action within a track.

  • Scheduled Tracks have been enhanced to allow the setting of unique delivery times for specific tracks, providing added flexibility.

  • Prior to Release 2.4, Email Tracks required one day intervals between the sending of emails in a track. This is no longer a requirement and the first email may now be sent immediately after a qualifying event, supplementing or replacing any fulfillment emails associated with a triggering event. Emails may also be sent immediately after a qualifying event (such as completing an account application) to enable quick follow-up to consumer actions.

  • Web services have been streamlined and standardized for both Leadfusion EMAIL and Leadfusion CALCULATORS, making it easier to exchange data with those products.

Retirement Calculators - Roth 401(k):

Roth 401(k) functions have recently been added to the Retirement Calculators and the Retirement Planner. These tools have been enhanced to account for the proper contribution limits and tax consequences of Roth 401(k)s. This enhancement gives consumers added flexibility in their retirement planning.

Interest-Only Calculators:

Two new calculators have been added to the Leadfusion CALCULATORS Home category. These calculators provide the resources consumers need as they consider interest-only mortgage loan scenarios.

  1. How much will my interest-only payments be?
    This tool calculates the monthly payment for an interest-only loan, both during and after the no interest period of the loan.

  2. Which is better, interest-only or traditional?
    This tool compares an interest-only loan to a traditional fixed rate mortgage on the basis of monthly payments and net
    present value.
