BECU Launches Leadfusion’s Guided Selling, the Next Generation of e-Merchandising for Financial Institutions
San Diego, CA (December 1, 2011) – Leadfusion, a pioneer in Financial Experience Management® (FEM), today announced that BECU is the latest customer to launch Leadfusion’s Guided Selling solution to impressive consumer response.
Guided Selling is Leadfusion’s new platform for online merchandising of financial products. By combining interactive educational tools with comparative product information, Guided Selling helps consumers evaluate their financial product options online, thereby accelerating conversion. According to BECU’s Ken Myhra, Sr. Virtual Banking Manager, “We have seen an astonishing 45% engagement with the dialogue and CTR (click-through-rate) to the product comparison/selection tools, and 16% of those applying for a product directly from the Guided Selling tool. We are now expanding our use of Guided Selling with plans to launch additional categories covering more product lines in the coming months.”
Guided Selling debuted at the FinovateFall 2010 conference and has since generated tremendous interest among banks and credit unions seeking to create a bank 2.0 style selling experience. As a leading financial technology innovator, BECU saw the potential of Leadfusion’s Selling Solutions early on and chose to partner with Leadfusion as a beta customer.
