Regional Sales Representative

We are looking for a Regional Sales Director to join Leadfusion’s team of talented professionals in San Diego. This role will identify and acquire new clients, add value to existing client relationships, and achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory. With a strong solution selling background, the successful candidate will have extensive experience selling B2B/B2C SaaS software solutions to marketing and line of business units, preferably in the Financial Services, Fintech, Banktech, or Martech sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify major client opportunities.
  • Penetrate new accounts, develop and close target prospects, and grow an existing client base.
  • Build creative solutions that create an economic and strategic win for Leadfusion and the client.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure continual value.
  • Manage forecasts and pipeline with regular reporting.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and team building sessions.
  • Work independently to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Interact with clients/co-workers in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Accept accountability for sales policies, procedures, and quotas.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding Leadfusion products & services as well as current and emerging market trends.
  • Commit to both individual and team success.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10-15 years direct selling experience with intangibles and solution-oriented offerings
  • A track record of successful attainment of quota/revenue targets
  • Must understand the enterprise sales process and how to navigate large organizations to successfully sell high-value solutions to committees and cross functional groups
  • Keen ability to develop strong business relationships with C-level decision makers
  • Software, SaaS, direct marketing, web (creative, design, engagement) experience a plus
  • Domain experience in Financial Services – especially with banks, credit unions, and insurance companies or major Retailers – a plus
  • Deep understanding of B2B2C business processes
  • Insight Selling, Solution-Selling, Value Selling, or SPIN Selling experience preferred
  • Solid experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
